The individual will oversee nationwide seminar operations, collaborate across departments, and work closely with key stakeholders on innovative projects and curriculum expansion. This role also involves identifying and pursuing external opportunities for growth, such as forming partnerships with vendors, hospitals, and academic institutions to develop new initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge, anticipate market trends, and lead with innovation to drive both internal efficiency and external expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and optimize daily operations across multiple teams, including sales, marketing, events, and administration.
Oversee the seamless execution of nationwide training workshops and seminars, ensuring excellence from planning to delivery.
Manage and negotiate contracts with hotels and venues to secure favorable terms and support operational objectives.
Collaborate with medical professionals and faculty to coordinate schedules for workshops and training programs.
Implement strategies, policies, and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
Partner with leadership to establish and achieve organizational goals, KPIs, and budgets.
Explore and develop new growth opportunities, including vendor collaborations and partnerships with hospitals and academic institutions.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to proactively drive innovation and maintain market leadership.
Identify opportunities for improving processes and reducing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Monitor performance metrics and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership.
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, overseeing supply ordering and vendor relationships.
Required Education/Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Event Coordination; experience in education, medical, or training sectors is a plus.
Extensive expertise in Hospitality/Event Management, with a focus on high-volume hotel/venue contract management.
Proven track record of managing complex, deadline-driven projects.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
