We are seeking an Executive Director of Biostatistics to lead a team of 4-5 statisticians for a global biopharmaceutical organization as a Therapeutic Area Head.

Suitable applicants will be expected to be on-site in Massachusetts 3 days per week on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications

PhD in Statistics, Applied Statistics, or Biostatistics with at least 12-14 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development
Demonstrated statistical strategy leadership and success across multiple therapeutic areas preferred
Expertise in clinical trial design as well as statistical methodologies with both Bayesian and Frequentist approaches
Prior people management experience highly sought after, with special consideration given to those who have built new teams or expanded existing ones through their own recruitment efforts

Salary Band: $305,000-335,000
