We’re supporting a new, state-of-the-art sterile manufacturing facility coming online with a clear mission:
fix the drug shortage problem in the U.S.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’re not just running shifts — you’re helping stand up the operation, shape processes, and build the team.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Lead from the floor in a live, scaling GMP environment
Build, train, and level up a team of manufacturing operators
Support equipment startup, qualification, and process rollout
Own problems end-to-end: deviations, investigations, CAPAs
Be the go-to person when things break, stall, or need fixing
Drive efficiency, quality, and output in a facility that’s still evolving
Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to keep things moving

You’ve worked in pharma / biotech / regulated manufacturing (GMP)
You’ve led people — and they’d actually follow you again
You’re comfortable in sterile / aseptic / injectable environments (or close to it)
You don’t wait for direction — you step in and solve
